As decided at the board meeting of eficert in October 2009, Switzerland will take over the presidency of eficert as of 1^st January 2010. Matthias Stettler, director of VBV, is delighted to be chairman of eficert for the next two years. The head office of the Swiss Association of Vocational Education and Training in Insurance (VBV) is now synonymous with the official adminstrative headquarters of eficert.

 

Rollout “European Insurance Intermediary EII (eficert)”

Austria, Germany and Switzerland have been officially accredited by the Board of eficert to deliver the certificates “European Insurance Intermediary EII (eficert)” which will be one of the main activities of eficert in the next time. The Accreditation Committee is already in the process of assessing the new requests for accreditation from other members of eficert.
