The eficert SQF framework

- An overall description of knowledge, skills and competences

SQF is the method to identify knowledge, skills and competences that are specific to the European insurance industry and based on national exams.

Eficert has developed a European Qualification Standard for employees in the insurance industry in Europe according to the EQF (European Qualification Framework), NQF (National Qualification Framework) and SQF (Sectoral Qualification Framework). By that eficert delivers a certificate to those in the insurance industry in Europe who have the designed competences.

This table shows the certificates issued by eficert, within the areas of Claims, Underwriter and Intermediary.
It also shows on which level of both the SQF and the EQF each certificate is placed.
